Why this matters

The algorithm is the artwork

Because P:X is fully on-chain generative art, the source of the work is preserved alongside the collection itself. The smart contract contains the generation logic, while traits, edition size, and outputs can be independently verified from the deployed system.

There is no dependency on an external image server or centralized database. Every time a P:X piece is viewed on Art Blocks, it is generated from the same contract and the same deterministic rules.
